2) Data we process when you use the website

When you visit our site, we process technical data (e.g. timestamp, requested page, logs, browser/device information, and IP address) to operate and secure the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3) Accounts & service usage

When you create an account and use the app, we process your account identifiers (e.g. email) and usage-related data to provide the service, billing, and support (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We only process what is required to run the product.

4) Cookies & consent

We use essential cookies to provide the service. Optional cookies (analytics) are only enabled after your consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie Preferences”.

5) Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

If you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage and improve the product. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie Preferences”.

6) Session analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

If you consent to analytics cookies, we may use Microsoft Clarity to better understand user interactions. Clarity is loaded only after consent and can be stopped by withdrawing consent via “Cookie Preferences”.

7) Data recipients (processors)

We use specialized providers (processors) to operate the service (e.g. hosting, database/authentication, email delivery, payments).

8) International transfers

Some processors may be located outside the EU/EEA. Where this applies, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or adequacy mechanisms where applicable). Details can be found in the relevant provider agreements.

9) Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above and as required by law (e.g. tax and accounting retention for billing records).

10) Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Arts. 15–21, 77 GDPR). You can export your data or request deletion in the app under Settings → Privacy.
